The up pci.in was enacted to regulate the profession of pharmacy. Whereas it is launched to make better provision for the regulation of the profession and practice of pharmacy and for that purpose to constitute Pharmacy Councils”.

Up Pci Online Registration- Registered Pharmacist

1. FOR FIRST REGISTRATION :
Firstly you need the two sets of self-attested photocopies. And fill in the required details carefully:

1. Marksheet of High school.
2. Marksheet of Intermediate.
3. Mark sheet of Degree/Diploma in Pharmacy of all the years
4. Certificate of High school.
5. Certificate of Intermediate.
6. Diploma / Degree of Pharmacy certificate issued from the college
7. For practical Training Certificate is of 500 hrs.
8. For those candidates who are passed from outside of UP, their Current Domicile Certificate will be issued in six months.
9. Six Colored Passport Size Photographs.
10. Rs. 500 Registration Fee, Rs.200 Development Fee.

2. RENEWAL :
You need set of self-attested Photocopy is Required.
1. Green cardholders are required to bring recent colored passport size photographs.
2.For those ,Applying for Green Card, two recent coloured passport size photographs are to be submitted.
3. Green Card in original issued by UP Pharmacy Council.
4. Photocopy of Diploma/Degree(if not deposited)

Fee For Uttar Pradesh Pharmacy Council Registration

1. NEW REGISTRATION- Registration Fee Rs. 500/-
2. RENEWAL- Rs. 500/- for Five Years, no fee for those pharmacists who are Registered under Life Renewal Scheme.
3. LATE FEE RENEWAL/RESTORATION- Within Ten Years Rs.200/-, More Than Ten Years Rs.500/-, Annual Renewal Charge for Per Back Year ( 1990 Rs. 5/- per annum,1991 to 1999 Rs. 10/- Per annum, 2000 to 2005 Rs. 40/- per annum, 2006 to Till Date Rs. 100/- Per annum).
4. TRANSFER/RECIPROCAL- Rs.2000/-.
5. ENTRY OF ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATION- Rs.100/-.
6. Duplicate copy of Registration certificate Rs.1000/- .
7. Duplicate copy of Green Card Rs.300/-.
