GSRTC Bus Tracking And New Policies:
Criteria of Children –
- Five (5) year old children will not get tickets.
- Half ticket for the 6-12-year-old children.
- Above 12 years children will get a full ticket.

Reservation Fees:
- 1. Reservation fee for online booking is Rs.5. (Reservation fee for sleeper one Volvo all was reduced on 16-01-2014.)
- 2. You can make your booking 60 days in advance. You will get your seat 30 minutes before the journey.
- 3. Passengers can book tickets till the start of the journey.
Cancellation charges –
- 1. Day 1 cancellation charges 25 % of basic fare.
- 2. 2 t0 5 Days cancellation charges 20 % of basic fare.
- 3. 6 to 60 Days cancellation charges 15 % of basic fare.
- 4. At present there are no charges for a refund of its transactions.
- 5. Ticket will not be cancelled after sitting in the bus. nor will the payment be refunded on cancellation.
- 6. If you get a refund then 7 to 21 working days.

- You cannot book more than 6 tickets at once
- The ticket amount should be from the valid Id of the user only.

- step 3. After opening it, enter your PNR number in it. or enter trip code. (PNR no. Or you will find the trip code in your ticket)
- step 4. After submitting your code you will get your Vehicle No. will receive. With this Vehicle number, you can track your bus.
How to Online Book GSRTC Online Ticket:-
- Open your gsrtc ( Gujarat state road transport Corporation) site or id and select your language.
- Click on Booking Online to make your advance booking.
- And he should enter your address that you have to go and from where you have to sit (pickup point ) and he will give the date of your booking.
- After selecting it, type the number of the passenger and click on search. And you will see the list of buses on the desktop.
- In this list you will get both sitting seat and a sleeping seat, choose the seat of your choice and click.
- After clicking, you will get a ticket show in which Timing, Amount, Seat Type will be written.and select your ticket from here.
- Now the page will open on your desktop, fill your information(name , gender, age) and submit it. (Click on confirm to submit).
- And pay your final amount (pay type :- debit card , credit card , upi , and net banking ).
- After making the payment you will get an OTP ,and submit your OTP on the site and confirm your ticket.
