In the process of providing contractual manpower, Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam HKRN will focus more on socio-economically disadvantaged candidates, providing timely payment of salary, and benefits to deployed manpower, preventing exploitation of employees working on a contract basis, ensuring adherence to the State Reservation Policy. Kaushal Rojgar Nigam in Haryana launched its portal on 1 November. After the launch of the KRN system, youth can apply online for posts earlier filled through outsourcing. All those hired through the new system will get all the benefits such as EPF, ESI facility, etc.

The applicant must either:-
- An Indian Citizen
- a subject of Nepal, or
- a subject of Bhutan, or

- a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Sri Lanka, East African countries, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam who want to settle in India permanently.
