Employees Performance Monitoring Portal – EPMS Portal JK:

The Government of Jammu & Kashmir has designed a portal to check the performance of employees regularly. The portal will help the Government to monitor the performance of employees & officers of Jammu & Kashmir government authorities. Additionally, the portal is only for the employees & officers of the Government of Jammu & Kashmir, not for ordinary people. The main aim of the portal is to provide a mechanism for self-appraisal to the employees & provide a readily available means to the higher authorities for monitoring & better human resource management.  Under the portal, the employees are required to register themselves & log in with their credentials.

EPMS Portal : The user is also required to download the SANDES Mobile app from the Play Store.  Moreover, the employees under the portal can check their reporting status along with the information of their controlling officers. The portal will help the employees to work more dedicatedly as the performance can be checked by the senior authorities. • Password
• CPIS-ID
• OTP which will come on a registered mobile number.

• The employees who work for the Government of Jammu & Kashmir.
• Senior authorities of the Government of Jammu & Kashmir.
• No ordinary people can log in to the portal.

How to download – sandes App Apk Download:

• The employees can download the app via the link available on the official portal of EPM.
• Employees can download the link from the app store by searching the app name.
• After searching the name you will redirected to your app page.
• Click on ”Install” button.
• At last, your app will open on your device.

How to log into Sandes App Apk 2024:

• Firstly open the Sandes App. Now, the user will have two options to log in.
• Login with a mobile number or with an email address.
• To log in with a mobile number, the user is required to enter the phone number.
• Now, the user has to enter the OTP sent to the registered mobile number.
• To log in with an email address, the user is required to enter the email.
• Now, the user has to enter the OTP sent to the registered email.
• After entering the credentials, the user has to enter the name, select gender, upload a photo & has to sync the contact list.

How to Register in the EPM Portal – EPM Registration, fcs&ca:

• To begin with, the user is required to visit the official website of EPM via epm.jk.gov.in.
• Now search for Access to EPM Portal and tap on it.
• Further, a new window will appear with having sign-in page.
• Now, click on New User and enter the CPIS-ID and click on get details.
• After that, the user is required to enter the details correctly like username, password, mobile number, etc., and click on submit.
