Gluten Free Recipe Contest

Dear Members,

On the occasion of International Celiac Day (14th May), IDA Delhi Chapter, announces a “Gluten Free Recipe Contest”. This contest is open to all members of IDA Delhi.


Recipes are invited in the following categories:

  • Beverages
  • Breakfast
  • Snacks
  • Tiffin/ Packed meal
  • All in one meals
  • Desserts

The recipes sent should include:

  • Category of entry (Beverage/snacks/tiffin etc.)
  • Name of the recipe, number of servings & serving size
  • Ingredients used and amounts
  • Method of preparation and preparation time
  • Nutritive value per serving (calories, protein, fat, calcium and iron)
  • A photograph of the prepared dish

One member can send just one recipe per category.

The recipes that enter this contest will be judged by our panel of experts. The recipes will be prepared and tested at our end as well to judge the best ones. The selected recipes will be published in a booklet by Delhi Chapter. Name of the members will be mentioned along with the recipes. The booklet will be released in June 2016.

Please do not send routine and everyday recipes.

The idea is to encourage the use of different gluten free ingredients and prepare novel gluten free dishes.
